$150.00 Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable Payment is required to reserve a Pool Home, Condo, or Town-home.
This is subtracted from your total, leaving your balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations with less than a 30 day advance notice are not refundable.

We do recommend travel insurance.
Upon Check in there is a $250.00 Security Deposit. County Law requires you to complete a registration card in the event of an emergency while inside the property.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen items or items forgotten in the property. We are also not responsible for any personal injury while occupying a property, and you and your total authorized party occupying the property and your guests visiting agree to not hold us responsible by checking into the vacation property.

Check In Time: Anytime After 4PM - At the Home Via Lock Box (Key for the front door is in the lock box) Check Out: by 11AM. Late departures 0-2 Hrs $50, 2-24 Hrs-1 Nt. Fee, Late departures must be pre approved.
Check-In Emergency Contact # 24 Hours a day: (Arrival Emergencies only please) Please see your directions to your home which you will receive 30-days prior to your arrival. You will have 2 emergency contact numbers for 24 hour assistance should you need assistance finding your home or the office.
